Nagios/MySQL

Hi people,


I need to configure database support for my Nagios system,
so I am looking for the script to create the tables in 
Mysql 4.0.23.

Anyone to know where I can to find this script for the 
Nagios 2.* plataform? A reference for nagios database 
structure is welcome too.
