Scripting within nrpe.cfg

Heh... I'm glad you said this.  Yesterday I took StinkyBob's advice
and wrote a wrapper.  I had problems with the wrapper and to get the
wrapper to work right I had to fix some permissions.  Unfortunately, I
didn't put 2 and 2 together in that the reason the scripting didn't
work directly from the nrpe.cfg was probably the permissions.

I'm going to give it a shot from nrpe.cfg now.
