Authentication problem

I am unable to authenticate to my server.  Below is a link to the lines that
I added to my httpd.conf, but every time I enter in the username and
password it just keeps asking for the name and password.  I know I am typing
it correctly.

Does anyone know why it is not accepting the username and password?
