The newest version of NC_Net has been updated to both the official
NC_Net website and Nagiosexchange.

Changes include:
--added command ENUMCOUNTERDESC -- Displays the Detailed description
of what a perfomance counter or catagory does.
--added command WMICOUNTER - can run a WMI query (syntex like
WMICHECK) then parses results against -w and -c values
--Really Fixed Event Log check returns OK when no entries found and -w
-c not specified.
--IF SEnd_NSCA fails then failover to testrun (user can force
automatic restart of the send_NSCA from passive.cfg see comments in
passive.cfg),
--Addded debuglog rotation
--Added save backup of config files to both start and stop of the service
--Added more timestamps to passive.log

Updating to the newest version is not neccisary for all users. There
have been improvements throught the development, however these
improvements might not be significant enough based on individual usage
of NC_Net. Anyone still using version 1.X is advised to upgrade if
using COUNTERS (Performance counter check) due to a update that fixed
the issue with counters returning a 0 when an average was anticipated.

The next version of NC_Net will include verifying IP address source
before processing the request from a active check
