editing the CGI

Is it possible to change what the Nagios CGIs display. My job requires
all links be removed from sites and the CGI creates the little grey
box on the right upper corner with info such as username and a link to
the Nagios site. Or am I looking in the wrong place, I took all the
links out from the HTML pages.

Any help would be great
