Have you looked at the FAQ yet?

e

I always get this when I don't have the "allowed hosts" section in my
nrpe.cfg set up correctly. Since you moved it to another network, I
bet that's the problem.

Subject: [Nagios-users] CHECK_NRPE: Error - Could not complete SSL
handshake

hello

I can't identify the problem.
I used Nagios (with NRPE) to monitor a server located on the same
network and everything was OK.
But, I had to change the loc ation of this server (on another
network).
Now I get the well-known message : CHECK_NRPE: Error - Could not
complete SSL handshake
- I changed the nrpe-xinetd script in order to math the new IP adress
- I modified my hosts.cfg file
-I also changed my nrpe.cfg file but i think it was not necessary

What did i forget ?
Has someone an idea about the problem ???

Thanks

Olivier
