MegaRAID Enterprise 1500 RAID controller

I have a MegaRAID controller "MegaRAID Enterprise 1500 (Series 467)" 
card in a Dell PowerEdge 6350.
Thing is, it's *not* an actual Dell PERC controller, and I haven't been 
able to get the generic check_raid or the other Dell specific plugins 
from nagiosexchange to work.

I was wondering if anyone had seen any of these cards before..

Apparantly I can flash it with some Dell firmware but considering that 
it's a production machine, I'd rather not hose the controller. :)
