Okay say I want to check if Orcale Form service on windows "f60run.exe" 
is alive "running" or not same for Oracle Reports.

The problem we have that something both of the above services stopping 
working "killed" without any reason, what we want to that nagios reports

teh problem before any of our developer or clients call us and told us 
the problem.


I thinks i made myself clear ;)
