Service Dependencies (execution_failure_criteria)

Nagios 2.0b3

I have found that when setting an execution_failure_criteria to "n", that my
dependent (children) services just stop executing the service check. If I
remove the execution_failure_criteria, then everything works as expected.

Should the execution_failure_criteria of "n" be identical to no
execution_failure_criteria at all? Or am I missing something in the
description?
