Does nagios treat that as a redirect? If so, you could have it go
critical on redirect. I believe it's '-f critical'

Subject: [Nagios-users] check_http vs "404 File Not Found"

Hi Folks,

Does anyone know (outside of hacking the code) how to get check_https to
consider a:

404 File Not Found

message as a "CRITICAL" error?

It seems to me that it would be a BAD thing if you are looking for a
specific file and it's not even there..i.e. MORE than just a WARNING!

Thanks,
Emmett
