Need opinion for a reporting utility.

I need a tool for nagios so that I can generate reports automatically in
csv for certain hostgroups for a timeperiod (like every month).

Does anyone have any suggestions from the utilities listed at
Nagiosexchange? Any experience using them?

If you have any suggestions towards writing my own, like if parsing the
log files isn't that bad, I'd like to know that as well.
