I haven't done this in a while. A plugin to look at this doesn't exist as 
far as I know.

We could modify the check_ifstatus to do this pretty easily - the MIB has 
similar logic.

need to check - cefcFRUPowerAdminStatus and cefcFRUPowerOperStatus from
CISCO-ENTITY-FRU-CONTROL-MIB with refernce to the ENTITY-MIB's 
entPhysicalIndex, entPhysicalDescr, entPhysicalName
