Multiple Nagios proccesses running.

Don't use restart for the service. Stop the service, wait 5 seconds,
start the service.

And it will cease. Editing the scripts to allow more time on a restart
is another way to correct it, but I just wait the 5 seconds, and I don't
see the problem.
