cgi extended information disappeared

Is there some way to view debugging output of the cgi to see what is 
going on? I didn't change the extinfo files when I upgraded. They were 
working before the upgrade, so I can only assume that they contain no 
errors.

Again, the configuration files are un-changed from before the update. I 
also know that both of my ext config files exist...
