nagios.cmd Permissions and External Commands

Hi,

First you have to look your cgi.cfg and verify the users that have
permission to acess this files.

After you have to set the nagios.cmd with apache:nagios (or
nagios:apache) I dont remember...

But first try to change the nagios.cmd permissions, if the error
continue verify your cgi.cfg

Try this...
