Obviously not, or you would have been successful as the thousands before 
you have.

If you provide at least a minimum of info regarding the error you're 
seeing it would help a lot.

For instance;
tail -f /var/log/apache/error_log > nagioserror
Try to login.
Move to the tail session console window and break it (using ctrl-c).
Cut and paste output on screen in email and attach the nagioserror file 
to the email as well. Send email to nagios-users.
I'm sure someone will be able (and maybe even willing) to help you.
