User Permissions

When viewing various areas of the nagios website on my server I am
greeted with the following error message:

It appears as though you do not have permission to view process
information...

If you believe this is an error, check the HTTP server authentication
requirements for accessing this CGI
and check the authorization options in your CGI configuration
file.	

I'm using an account that is a member of the nagios group and I've
added the user to the htpasswd.user file.  What else am I missing?
