Send SNMP trap to management host

Hello All,
 
I read about that documentation that explain how to send trap to management
host in Nagios FAQs, but I dont understand how to do this.
Anyone help me or explain, or yet send a example for configuration that show
me this.
 
I need that my critical alarms be send to another management host.
