How to monitor CPU utilization for a single process?

Hi Nagios Gurus,

I'm a Nagios newb and have been playing with agentless monitoring so
far. How can I monitor the cpu utilization of a single process? Say if
the process is using more than 90% of a CPU trigger an event. I assume
I'll have to install some "agent" on the monitored server.
