Nagios in a frame?

I'm having problems with Nagios not display in the two frame layout. 
Probably 50% of the time when I click on a report to show the left 
frame disappears and the report frame takes up the whole screen. 
There doesn't appear to be any rhyme or reason. Is there a way to 
fix that?
