Service Dependencys (2.0b1)

Sorry. I missed "resgister 0".

I checked your config many times over and over. I could not find any error.

Perhaps nagios is caching service states and, although the web
interface shows PENDING, in the internal cache it's "OK". Try deleting
all your .{cache,log}and other related files ...
