Windows Eventlog->NSCA agent v1.3

[Steve Shipway]

The latest version of this (v1.3), which should correct a suspected memory
leak, is now available for download from
http://www.steveshipway.org/software in the Nagios section.

Also available there are the check_website plugin (v0.2), check_esx (for
VMWare ESX), check_tsm (requires TSM and TSM::Log Perl modules) and some
other junk.
