postgres check: works from cmd line but not from nagios

Agreed.

But this doesn't tell why it is still trying to get to the template1 database instead of the one I specify. Anyhow, modified my pg_hba.conf file.
Is my syntax/config correct? It is like nagios doesn't take into consideration my $ARG1$ and $ARG2$ params.
