Nagios 2.0b2 hostextinfo is broken after approx 66 host entries

cgi.cfg is not supposed to have host entries. It's pretty bad that 
nagios dumps core instead of barfing, but in case your setup is anywhere 
near normal, hostextinfo isn't supposed to be in cgi.cfg.
