I made a nagios config util to help

It's really been modified purely for the purpose of importing the data
into fruity.  So a  lot of naupy's internal structure of keeping the
data has changed.  once it's been imported into fruity, the naupy
class isn't used at all anymore.  I doubt it'd be useful.  But the
modified naupy.inc.php is in the latest fruity (sans comments).  I'll
clean it up a bit for the next release, if you want to use it. 
However, a lot of it's "usefullness" is stripped.  ;)
