I made a nagios config util to help

I've been modifying the naupy php class to be more flexible.  And I'm
only using it for importing configurations.  I'm wondering, should I
strictly be developing fruity to be towards nagios 2.x, or should I
continue to develop for 1.x, until 2.x is considered a stable release?
