see http://www.bolthole.com/solaris/drivers/health.html for such a tool. You can write your own Nagios plugin arround it with shell script, exit 0, 1 or 2 for ok, warn, critical, respectively.

I should note I haven't yet used or installed it myself, I just googled for it after you asked because I was curious.

There is most likely a program, but not a plugin. Getting CPU temp and 
such requires tight cooperation with the kernel/hardware mix in a way 
that no standards exist for.
