check_hpjd plugin in Plugins 1.4

check_hpjd (along with many other output parsing programs) is a cesspool 
of sloppy code. It assumes the program timed out if it prints anything 
to stderr (or if it doesn't print anything to stdout), which explains 
why you see the wildly inaccurate and somewhat incoherent message you 
see above.

It seems then that a regression fix is in order.
