Nagios 1.2: Problem with archive Log

Hello,

i have problem with the archive log. For the same date i have to files :
nagios-01-14-2005-00.log and nagios-01-14-2005-23.log
The first file is empty and the second content informaion but the CGI 
use only the first file.

where is the problem?
