Host searchbox for lefthand menu

Anyone using Nagios 2.x already knows that v2.x has this already, but we
still use 1.x here (and are likely to for some time).  Since there were a
lot of requests for this, I have uploaded the simple script to the Nagios
Exchange site www.nagiosexchange.org for anyone interested to download.
