Hi all,

I'm having a problem getting check_http to run on an internal
webserver here. When I run the check_http command from the command
line it works fine:

HTTP OK HTTP/1.1 200 OK - 6029 bytes in 0.004 seconds
|time=0.004218s;;;0.000000 size=6029B;;;0

However, when I have nagios use the check_http command I get the
following showing in nagios:

CRITICAL - Socket timeout after 10 seconds

nagios.log shows the following:
[1107790920] SERVICE;webmail;HTTP;CRITICAL;3/3;HARD;1107790596;1107790973;ACTIVE;1;1;1;1107787954;0;CRITICAL;120;0;0;2741;1107787954;1;1;0;0;1;0;0.00;0;1;1;1;CRITICAL
- Socket timeout after 10 seconds

Here's the checkcommand.cfg entry:

# 'check_http' command definition
define command{
	command_name	check_http
	command_line	$USER1$/check_http -H $HOSTADDRESS$
	}

Any thoughts?
