Monitoring physical disk with SNMP

I'm trying to monitor the status of the physical disk with a check_snmp
command. When the disk is OK then the status returned is 2. If the disk
is defect the status is 3. How can I configure the check_snmp command so
that when a disk failes the status changes to critical. -w 4 -c 3 option
does not work.
