Well,

it's quite simple.

check_ping!100.0,50%!500.0,60%

100 is the maximal RTA before a warning occurs
500 is the maximal RTA before a critical occurs

So, if  700 ms is about normal, you could change the syntax :

check_ping!1000.0,50%!1200.0,60%
