How to permit execute some host/service commands?

Hi everybody!

I have installed Nagios 1.2 and I have defined two users.
The first one, is an administrator user, so it can access to
everything (all pages and all host/service commands, host/service
comments, host/service scheduled downtime...)

The other one is a user for everybody, and it is limited to see some
pages, and it can't execute host/service commands or add host/service
comments and host/service scheduled downtime

My questions is that...
Is there any way to give permissions for this user to execute some
host/service commands (I only want they can execute 2 commands, not
all of them) and add host/service comments and host/service scheduled
downtime?

How can I do it?

Thanks a lot
