Scheduled downtimes & availability reports

Hi,

finally I decided to ask -- that's an old error, I think. I noticed,
like some people on this list before, that even if I schedule a downtime
for a service, that downtime is reported as an unscheduled downtime in
the availability reports. 

The downtime information seems to be written correctly into the log
file, so my guess is, that avail.cgi is broken. Has this bug been fixed
by someone (or: has this behaviour been notified by someone else in
newer nagios versions [1.2/2.0]), or is my config screwed up ?

Our management likes to see availability reports for use in balanced
scorecards, but I didn't deliver any reports, since they are screwed
up...the heat in the kitchen rises :-)
