Hi,

Sounds interesting to me, but it's kind of hard for me to configure the
config.php file to make the web interface work. Any idea?

Give it a shot. You can import your configs and play with them inside
of Fruity. Modify the config paths in the main configuration inside
fruity, and you'll be able to write to a different set of
configuration files. This way you don't modify your production
configurations.
