actually it's CONFIGURATION INFORMATION ACCESS that enables them to see
everything
not GLOBAL HOST/SERVICE VIEW ACCESS.

Subject: cgi auth problem

I'm running nagios 1.2 on gentoo and I have one problem with the cgi.

It says that by default users can see the config info for all machines
they
are contacts for but when they try to view any config they get :

It appears you do not have permission to view the configuration
file....

If I add them to cgi.conf under GLOBAL HOST/SERVICE VIEW ACCESS

they can see everything. Bug or my fault ?

 thx

 Alex
