Unable To Install Nagios Plugins

I tried your suggestion. First, it was complaining that I do not have link
program, then ncftp, and so on.   Where can I find rpm package for the same.
I do not find the package on Fedora CD's

as root:

perl -MCPAN -e"install Net::SNMP"

the names are a little confusing - you are missing a perl module. the 
above should fix it.
