CHECK_NTP : Desynchronized peer server found

i have the same source time and the clocks are synchronized.
i will try to change check_ntp to get detail information given with ntpdate.

Yes. The cisco doesn't update its time as regularly as the nagios box 
does, and it probably gets its time from some other source. Either way, 
it's clock is sufficiently out of sync with your system to trigger the 
alarm. The plugin is working correctly though, so no worries there.
