Am I the only one who is surprised that I am expected to know what "NEAT"
is?

It's not like I can search for that effectively in a search engine.
Google shows about 2,290,000 (in English) and none of the top 10 are
immediately obvious as having *anything* to do with monitoring,
configuration, etc.
