Context-sensitive help

[Sloane, Robert Raymond]

Hi All,

I noticed in cgi.cfg that context sensitive help could be enabled, but
all the HTML files seem to have the same message about it not being
available. Before I start re-inventing the wheel, has anyone done
anything with this feature?
