I can't speak for developers of other add-ons, but as for the PerfParse
project I would appreciate it if you would remove the link to the
'latest version' and instead just link to our downloads page. This way,
you wouldn't have to worry about updating your page every time we do,
and we wouldn't have to worry about users downloading an old version and
thinking that it is new/stable.
