Check_traffic plugin

Hi Frank,

the check_traffic plugin is not the best written one. I gues your
running nagios under suse or redheat server. Some perl warnings prevent
nagios to get the output. Try perl -cw on the console and remove all
warnings. Afterwards it should deliver the output.
