NSClient output only nan%

Have you copied the latest check_nt into the libexec folder on your
linux server? I upgraded from nsclient 1.x to 2.x on some Win2k sites
and nagios started to display strange values until I upgraded check_nt
and restarted Nagios.

I´m using the latest NSClient on a Windows 2000 Server 5.00.2195 with
Service Pack2

I just get this message for the MEM Usage
Memory usage: total:0.00 Mb - used: 0.00 Mb (nan%) - free: 0.00 Mb
(nan%)

and for the CPU Load ALWAYS!!!
CPU Load 0% (1 min average) 0%

I´ve found a message at the eventlog:

NSClient CollectData: Call to retrieve counter value for
\Prozessor(_Total)\Prozessorzeit (%) failed, returning status code
4294967295.


other nsclient event logs:

NSClient is reading C:\NSClient\Win_2k_XP_Bin\counters.defs for counters
definitions. Language code : 0x0407

NSClient 2.0.1.0 has started. Language code : 0x0407. DebugLevel: 0

NSClient is now responding to queries.


There are some logs from Perflib ... dunno if it is used by NSCLient

Das Zeitlimit für die Zusammenstellung der Leistungsdaten "PerfProc" in
der Bibliothek "C:\WINNT\system32\perfproc.dll" ist abgelaufen.
Möglicherweise ist mit dem erweiterbaren Leistungsindikator oder dem
Dienst, mit dem die Daten zusammengestellt werden, ein Problem
aufgetreten.

AND


Die Collect-Prozedur für den "Tcpip"-Dienst in der DLL
"C:\WINNT\system32\Perfctrs.dll" hat eine Ausnahme verursacht oder einen
ungültigen Status zurückgegeben. Die von der Counter-DLL zurückgegebenen
Systemleistungsdaten werden nicht im Perf Data Block zurückgegeben. Der
zurückgegebene Ausnahme- bzw. Statuscode ist DWORD 0. 

I have also tried to change the language file - no success :(

Additional Info,

- We have the same System (Hardware/Software) an there the NSClient runs
well! (Compaq DL580)
- I also compared the pdh.dll in c:\WINNT\system32 ther Version is:
5.0.2195.2739 on both systems.
- We have some more systems with different Hardware but the same
Software (all servers are Citrix Server)


So if anyone has sam Problems please tell me. 
If any one knows how to debug this and find out wheres the failure comes
from i will be really happy!! Thanks a lot!
