Hi,

I've a problem with notifications/escalations. I've got the following
definition :

define hostescalation {
        host_name               some,host,names
        first_notification      1
        last_notification       1
        contact_groups          SMS_and_EMAIL_group
        notification_interval   30
}
define hostescalation {
        host_name               some,host,names
        first_notification      2
        last_notification       4
        contact_groups          EMAIL_group
        notification_interval   30
}
define hostescalation {
        host_name               some,host,names
        first_notification      5
        last_notification       0
        contact_groups          SMS_and_EMAIL_group
        notification_interval   0
}

When a host in the escalation goes down, I get the first sms and email.
Then I get an email, for the second down notification. Now, if the host
recovers I do get an email, but contacs notified by SMS do not receive
the recovery notification.

Anyone can explain why?

thanks a lot

Luca
