Why not just read the docs and find out for yourself?
But ok... Your check latency is a little high. If it keeps going 
steadily upwards you should probably either fiddle with your config 
settings or get some new hardware. Also use the uptime command to get 
the system load of your system. 1.0 means 100% (1 process in queue for 
processing).
