You can't do this directly as an active check. My suggestion would be to
set it up as a passive check, create a small wrapper script for the
plugin you want to execute as your check that runs the plugin and sends
the results back via NRPE or by writing directly to the command file if
it's local and run that out of cron on your schedule.
