You might want to verify that all Nagios processes stop on a shutdown.  If
not, kill all straggler processes, then restart.

hey guys, 

what is wrong with our nagios, I'm getting a Host Down alert message in my 
email then goes back with Host UP alert 

It contains: No Information Returned From Host Check 

I didn't do anything? The only thing I remember is that, I moved all the 
archived to another slice because /usr ran out of space. 

Any thoughts?
