Host DOWN alert for infotech2!

[scott_yem at agilent.com]

You probably have the host defined in your hosts.cfg file.  You should
check and at least do a grep for the IP address if you don't know where
the reference is.  This is definitely a host down alert.  In the sample
files, they have something similar to this.
