Not officially, anyway. The GUI is supposed to be in PHP later on, but 
for now the official version is the C-based cgi's. I'd be interested to

I suggest sticking with the CGI's for now. Nagios 2.0 has a lot of new 
stuff that the cgi's will be able to do for you.
